Angus beef burger for just under € 13 as a menu - wow, I'm expecting something special. But think ... 0815 burgers, dry, dead-cooked meat, unflavoured sauces (a touch of avocado salsa that I was looking for under mobile phone lighting and then discovered as a faint film on the upper bun (but tasted zero), a flabby chipotle sauce - I mean, this is a smoked chili that I expect to give the burger a distinct note, miss the taste ... Absolutely uncharacteristic burger, with 0815 fries that look like the same from MCs - and taste okay were, but only 0815 .. I'm sorry to have to say that, but the MCs premium burger with avocado salsa (which is by no means WOW) is much better - on considerably better terms. On top of that, I ordered the burger to be picked up at a certain time - I was there 8 minutes earlier (and would have waited), but the burger and fries were already lying around in a warming bag (how long I can't say) . If I had come at the agreed time, I would have had at least 8 minutes to keep warm + 7-10 minutes for transport to the table to eat, I would have served a 15-20 minute old meal. For a whopping 13 €. A real nogo! Conclusion: Maybe it was due to the fact that I wanted to pick up my order shortly before the end of the day ... But that doesn't tear it out either. For me a one-time attempt - a shame about the money.

Got the chilli cheese burger but was disappointed was expecting it to be chilli and have cheese. Great flavour though! And keep them hot next time.

My partner and I order burgers here regularly. The delivery times are always met within 30 minutes. We have nothing to complain about with the burgers. Large portions, the ingredients generously distributed on the burger. We will order here again

Ordered 2 burgers last night. Amazing. So tasty and fresh. Loved the onion rings and chilli cheese nuggets too. Fries also delicious. I'll be ordering from here again. In the Top 10 best burger in Dusseldorf. Glad we found it. And delivered within 30 mins. Thanks as I dont eat burgers often unless made at home, but was soooo tasty.

Burger me has delicious meals that fill you up in sustainable cardboard boxes. There is a burger variation for every taste. The website is very clear and special requests are easy to specify. Unfortunately, pre-orders are not delivered on time. If you have a short lunch break, I recommend giving the delivery time 15-30 minutes sooner.

Quite simply: If you confuse the term "ketchup" with mayo, please do not prepare or deliver any food. Thank you.

We have ordered from you very often, whether at home or at work .. At first we were very satisfied, but we think the quality has decreased a lot. Today's order was very disappointing, which is why I am also giving this review. If I had the time, I would have come by in person and showed you the fries that you packed for us. The fries tasted like old fries that were briefly warmed up in the deep fryer - hard and almost cold. It's a shame my child couldn't eat his beloved french fries! The burger was fresh, they are always with you, but the cook who spices the burger should shift down a gear, because it's a shame if a meat pettie only tastes like pepper. We had thought the last 3 times and every time, Come on is not so bad, next time it will be better .. I would never complain immediately .. unfortunately it got worse every time, so unfortunately I only have to give 2 stars and will not order from you anymore.

In itself I think the food is super delicious! 10 out of 10 everything is fresh and exactly as you ordered it BUT the best food is useless if the guy who takes the order is mega unfriendly and disrespectful! He should be taught the terms "please" and "thank you" ... Respectful interaction is more important to me than good food! You can eat well anywhere ...

Burgers were a joke. Very thin and listlessly topped, the quality of the meat was poor. There are various better burger places.

Fast and timely delivery. The burgers weren't bad, but they weren't great either. Prices are okay.

The order was largely there quickly and also delicious! Unfortunately, the rest of the order still didn't arrive after 4 hours. I phoned the head office twice and even they couldn't reach the branch via email and phone. The only consolation was that I could report back later or personally complain to the branch. Simply disappointing!

I ordered a menu for around 10 euros. The burger was fine but nothing special and the fries crispy warm. All in all, in my opinion, there are better alternatives in Düsseldorf, especially when it comes to taste. I also found the operation to be unfriendly, for which I deduct a point!
